- Lawn analysis including identifying weeds, disease, insects and grass varieties.
- Applying fertilizers and control products to residential and commercial lawns at the appropriate rates guided by the Maryland Department of Agriculture
- Communicating with customers regarding lawn analysis.
- Responsible for completing daily work orders and maintaining organized application records while following all safety protocols.
- Advising customers on proper maintenance practices and improvement recommendations.
- Pest analysis including identifying pests, damage and solutions.
- Applying control products to residential and commercial properties at the appropriate rates guided by the Maryland Department of Agriculture.
- Communicating with customers regarding their services and recommendations.
- Responsible for completing daily work orders and maintaining organized application records while following all safety protocols.
- Tree & Shrub analysis including identifying pests, damage, and solutions.
- Applying the appropriate products to residential and commercial landscape at the appropriate rates guided by the Maryland Department of Agriculture.
- Communicating with customers regarding their services and recommendations.
- Responsible for completing daily work orders and maintaining organized application records while following all safety protocols.
- To provide information about our lawn care and pest control programs and services to new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular communications to existing customers to maintain rapport, answer questions and review recommendations for improvements.
- Applicants should have strong organizational, communication and technical skills.
- Inside and Outside sales position available.
Compensation includes hourly base rate PLUS commission and bonuses!!
- Mowing, Edging, Trimming
- Operate Commercial Equipment
- Mulch installation and bed maintenance
- Pruning ornamental landscaping

- Plant health monitoring and fertilizer application
