Lawn Care Specialist

Job responsibilities include:

  • Lawn analysis including identifying weeds, disease, insects and grass varieties.
  • Applying fertilizers and control products to residential and commercial lawns at the appropriate rates guided by the Maryland Department of Agriculture
  • Communicating with customers regarding lawn analysis.
  • Responsible for completing daily work orders and maintaining organized application records while following all safety protocols.
  • Advising customers on proper maintenance practices and improvement recommendations.

Pest Control Specialist

 

Pest Control Specialist

Job responsibilities include:

  • Pest analysis including identifying pests, damage and solutions.
  • Applying control products to residential and commercial properties at the appropriate rates guided by the Maryland Department of Agriculture.
  • Communicating with customers regarding their services and recommendations.
  • Responsible for completing daily work orders and maintaining organized application records while following all safety protocols.

Tree & Shrub Specialist

 

Tree & Shrub Specialist

Job responsibilities include:

  • Tree & Shrub analysis including identifying pests, damage, and solutions.
  • Applying the appropriate products to residential and commercial landscape at the appropriate rates guided by the Maryland Department of Agriculture.
  • Communicating with customers regarding their services and recommendations.
  • Responsible for completing daily work orders and maintaining organized application records while following all safety protocols.

Sales Representative

 

Sales Representative

Job responsibilities include:

  • To provide information about our lawn care and pest control programs and services to new and existing customers.
  • Conduct regular communications to existing customers to maintain rapport, answer questions and review recommendations for improvements.
  • Applicants should have strong organizational, communication and technical skills.
  • Inside and Outside sales position available.
  • Compensation includes hourly base rate PLUS commission and bonuses!!

Landscape Maintenance Crew

 

Landscape Maintenance Crew

Job responsibilities include:

  • Mowing, Edging, Trimming
  • Operate Commercial Equipment
  • Mulch installation and bed maintenance
  • Pruning ornamental landscaping
  • Leaf and debris removal
  • Plant health monitoring and fertilizer application

  • Communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the phone
  • Present professionally and with enthusiasm
  • Strong computer/technical skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Pro-active approach with excellent follow through on goals
  • Background check and drug testing is required for employment
  • Positions that require operating company vehicles require an active and in good-standing driver’s record.
